Morning Brew

Your daily action email

How It Works

Every weekday morning, you get an email with your action list for the day. No guessing, no digging through spreadsheets. Just a clear list of who needs attention and why.

Clients are sorted by priority - most urgent at the top. Each one has action buttons right in the email. Click them to track what you did, and that client gets handled appropriately.

The Buttons Actually Do Something

Click them. They matter.

Why Your Clicks Matter

Those buttons in your Morning Brew aren't decoration. When you click them, you're telling the system what happened - and it adjusts who shows up in future emails accordingly.

"I Sent It" - You emailed or called them

Client disappears for 7 days, then pops back up as a "Did They Reply?" reminder so you can follow up if needed.

When asked "Did they respond?"

  • โ€ข "Yes, we're talking" - Great! They're off your list for 30 days while you work the deal
  • โ€ข "No reply yet" - They'll resurface in 3 weeks for another try
  • โ€ข "Not interested" - Parked until their next renewal window

When you're working a deal

  • โ€ข "Still cooking" - We'll check in again in 3 weeks
  • โ€ข "Deal funded!" - Congrats! Marked as complete
  • โ€ข "Fell through" - Parked for 6 months, then we'll try again

The more you click, the smarter it gets. Your Morning Brew learns your workflow and surfaces the right clients at the right time. Don't leave it hanging.

Client Update Links

Let clients update their own info

How It Works

Each client gets a personalized link they can use to update their mortgage info - new lender, new rate, new payment, whatever changed. The data flows straight into your system.

Find these links in your Broker Portal when you view a client's profile. Copy the link and send it to them via email or text.

update.rateguardpro.ca/yourname/client-name

When to use this: Client renewed somewhere else? Rate changed? Refinanced? Send them their update link and let them fill in the details. Saves you data entry and keeps your book accurate.
